of the huge prawn fishery in North East Scotland. Fraserburgh Seafoods
are in the unique position of being in an up-to-date processing plant
situated as close to the point of landing as possible. This enables them
to minimise the time between landing, processing and dispatch and keep
a tight control on the quality of the raw material.
Close liaison with the buyer and the skipper ensures constant feedback
of exactly what the customers are looking for. The product range includes,
Prawns/Langoustines, Scallops/Coquilles St. Jacques and Crabs. These products
are supplied across Europe either fresh or frozen in our standard packaging
or can be packed to customers specific requirements.
